David Strom is a Minneapolis-based photographer whose work is being used as fine art in interior design.

David Strom
I started photographing the urban landscape about 3 years ago, as I became fascinated by the ever-changing interactions of the built world.
Architecture itself is intentional, but the city is created as much by the unpredictable interactions of people and buildings with their surroundings. I try to capture the relationships of buildings with their surroundings, exploring the reflections, overlaps, pairings, light and colors which change by the minute.
These create layers that add a new dimension to our view of the city. The photographs are printed on aluminum using a dye transfer process.
